Horology365
Video-led watch storefront with a pre-order drop model.
The business
Horology365 is an e-commerce watch reseller running a pre-order drop model across brands including Casio, G-Shock, Timex, Titan, Fastrack, and French Connection.
The brief
A watch reseller running pre-order drops needs a storefront that feels dense and browsable across many brands, takes payment reliably, and gets the order record to both sides even when a checkout step fails.
What we built
- A video-led, brand-organized storefront ('The Showroom') with alternating dark/light sections
- Brand, category, and product pages (SSG) across nine active watch brands
- UPI checkout with a generated pay QR, built to fail closed until payment is verified
- Invoice delivery to both customer and store over email (Resend) and WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API), with a manual fallback link if either channel fails
- A soft-delete product catalogue with an append-only audit trail — no code path can destroy a saved product
The result
A production-grade, mobile-first storefront (360px–1440px) with accessibility and performance built in from the start — skip links, keyboard-navigable carousels, lazy video, and Product JSON-LD on every page.
